Project Manager and Business Analyst | Argento Tekstil
I am currently working as a Project Manager and Business Analyst for the 1C ERP Project at Argento Tekstil. In this role, I am responsible for conducting tests, providing training to users, and communicating user feedback to developers. Additionally, I prepare weekly reports to transparently present the project's progress to management. I also played a key role in the transition from OSOFT ERP to 1C ERP, serving as a Business Analyst and ERP Program Expert.
ERP System Transition and Support:
Provided support during the transition from OSOFT ERP to 1C ERP, including product definitions, inventory control, and chemical stock management.
Contributed to the IT department by offering technical support in server maintenance, antivirus software installations, and corporate email management.
Skills and Expertise:
In-depth knowledge and experience in ERP applications, software project management, business analysis, and IT support.
Sales and Marketing:
Developed sales strategies for Amazon to increase sales by making data-driven decisions and optimizing sales through affiliate partnerships. Analyzed social media trends to identify high-potential products and established successful collaborations.
Game Design and Development:
Played an active role in the design and development of 8 different games, improving user experience and optimizing game mechanics. One of the games I developed reached over 1,000,000 downloads, achieving significant commercial success.
